Returns
Returns are not available at this time. Please read the descriptions closely to avoid any issues.
Refunds
Mix-ups happen, so a refund or exchange will be granted if you find an error in your order. Refunds are also eligible if the item has been damaged or is defective. Custom orders and sales items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only to replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Lost Packages
Packages can get lost sometimes. If the shipment tracking says the package has been delivered, it is not eligible for a refund. Contact your local post office for more information.
